The Challenge
Raw agricultural land in Kakheti had no road, water, or power infrastructure, and buyers were unwilling to commit to plots without a credible delivery timeline.
Our Approach
We split the 120 hectares into three phases and built infrastructure ahead of each phase's sales launch, rather than after, so buyers could see roads and utilities in place before purchasing.
The Result
All three phases are complete and infrastructure now covers the full 120 hectares, with plot sales delivering a 3.2x return across the project.
