Who we are

SECTOR is a real estate growth platform operating at sectorofficial.com. We are the controller of the personal information described below. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@sectorofficial.com.

What we collect, and when

We only hold information you choose to give us. There are two places on this site where that happens.

1. The project enquiry form

When you submit the form on the Start a Project page, we receive the fields you filled in. Three are required: your name, your company or developer name, and your email address, together with a short description of your primary objectives. Everything else on that form is optional, and the enquiry reaches us whether you fill it in or not: phone number, project name, location, stage, type, estimated investment, project size, target launch date, any additional detail you want to add, and how you heard about us.

We use it to answer you, to prepare for the discovery call, and to keep a record of the enquiry.

2. The Insights newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. Nothing else. We use it to send you our own articles and nothing more, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

This site carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. It has no comments and no visitor accounts. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

Cookies

Browsing this site sets no tracking cookies. If you switch the site to Georgian, a cookie remembers that choice so the language sticks as you move between pages. Administrators who log in to the site receive the standard WordPress session cookies; those are never set for ordinary visitors.

Your IP address

When you submit the form or subscribe, your IP address is converted into a one-way hash and held briefly, purely to stop the same source flooding us with automated submissions. The hash cannot be turned back into your address, it is not attached to your enquiry or your subscription, and it expires by itself within the hour.

How long we keep it

Project enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to is live, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need them for our own records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete either at any time and we will.

Who else sees it

Your information sits on our web hosting, and enquiry notifications and newsletters travel through our email provider. Both act on our instructions and for no other purpose. Beyond that, we share nothing with anyone, except where the law requires it of us.

What you can ask for

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@sectorofficial.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you subscribed to the newsletter, the unsubscribe link at the foot of every message does the same thing instantly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
