The site sat between two established resort developments with no retail anchor of its own, and the developer needed the ground-floor commercial space leased before residential buyers would commit.
Our Approach
We sequenced the launch to secure retail and serviced-apartment operators first, using their commitments as proof points in the residential sales materials. Unit mix was split between short-term rental investors and owner-occupiers to widen the buyer pool.
The Result
Both towers reached 98% sold within 18 months, and the completed retail podium is fully leased, giving the district year-round foot traffic instead of a single summer season.
